Return Cancellation Refund Exchange Policy

 

Shipping:

All orders will take 3-5 working days to be delivered, depending on the pin code.

Returns:

Grabpure cannot accept returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer. 

Exchange:

Grabpure will accept exchanges purchased through the website www.grabpure.in , subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

Exchange requests will be entertained only if the product(s) received by the buyer are damaged or expired. All the refunds would be in the form of store credit or gift cards only.

- The buyer has to inform GrabPure of his or her intention to exchange the damaged or expired products within 48 hours of receipt of the goods at his/her shipping address. For damaged or expired products, images of the product along with the batch number must be emailed to Grabpure at customercare.grabpure@gmail.com.

- A decision on exchange requests shall be communicated to the buyer within 48 hours of making the request. Grabpure will thoroughly check the reason and take a call.

- While GrabPure guarantees customer satisfaction and quality products, if we are unable to determine whether the problem was caused by us, Your exchange request may be declined.

 Cancellation & Refund Policy:

 

You cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases, and the refund will be in the form of store credit or Gift cards:

- If the buyer does not get delivery of the ordered products within 30 days if GrabPure fails to ship the ordered products.

-If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies,

No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.

No returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he or she doesn't like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn't match his or her expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases:

- Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer

- Non-availability of the recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises

- Refusal to accept products

- Delivered at the place or to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself.

- Force majeure event

- In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer.

Note: Over and above all, courtesy refunds can be issued at the sole discretion of GrabPure.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare.grabpure@gmail.com or call us on +91-8076530622. We will schedule a reverse pickup.
